Angela’s Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs to 1 kilo of bait
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Method

  1. Beat eggs until fluffy.
  2. Add salt, flour, milk and beat again.
  3. Put whitebait into mixture while fluffy and mix together with spoon.
  4. Cook in hot pan.

Best with dripping or chefade.
